Support
We're a small team and we read every message. Most questions are answered within one business day.
When you write in, tell us your property name (landlords) or the link you used (tenants) so we can help faster.
For tenants
How do I report a problem?
Open the link your landlord gave you. Describe what's wrong in the box — plain words are fine — and add up to four photos if you can. Tap Send report. You'll see a confirmation with a reference number; save it in case you need to follow up. No app or account is required.
My link says it's "missing its code" or is no longer active.
That means the link is incomplete or has been replaced. Ask your landlord for the current share link and try again.
Is this an emergency line?
No. Tend sends your report to your landlord, but it is not monitored 24/7. For anything dangerous — gas, fire, flooding, or no heat in freezing weather — call your landlord and 911 directly.
For landlords
How do I get my share link?
Each property in the Tend app has its own share link. Open the property, tap Share link, and send it to your tenants however you like — text, email, or a printed copy. One link works for every tenant at that property.
How does triage work?
When a report comes in, Tend cleans up the description, gives it a clear title, sorts it into a category, and estimates severity. Emergencies float to the top of your inbox so you can act on the most urgent items first. You always make the final call on how to respond.
Billing
Tend is a flat $29/month for unlimited units and tenants, with a 14-day free trial — no per-door fees. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current period. If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
